Michael Herold

The Sweet Sisters sculptural collection by Michael Herold featuring four character-driven metal sculpture figures presented as a cohesive public art and architectural installation series.

Introducing The Sweet Sisters.

Sculpture with personality.

Four distinct figures, defined by presence, posture, and attitude.

Designed to bring identity, energy, and character into the spaces they inhabit.

Installed individually or together as a cohesive sculptural family.

No two are alike.

The Sweet Sisters

Poppy, Bella, Coco and Lily

The Sweet Sisters are designed for parks, plazas, campuses, and public environments where character and visual identity matter.

Each figure operates as a distinct focal point—while together, they form a cohesive installation that encourages movement, interaction, and recognition within the space.

The series can be installed as a complete arrangement or introduced as individual pieces, and is conceived as an open system with new figures developed and refined to suit each site.

Meet

Poppy, Bella, Coco and Lily

Expressive sculptural installation Poppy from The Sweet Sisters series, designed for plaza and park environments
"Poppy Sweet"

Poppy is the youngest of the Sweet Sisters—expressive, energetic, and full of movement.

She introduces rhythm, play, and spontaneity into the series, with a form that feels alive and draws people in. She carries a bold, unfiltered presence that brings contrast and vitality to the group.

In place, Poppy acts as a point of activation, energizing the surrounding space through motion, contrast, and visual intensity in environments where interaction, visibility, and experience are key.

Structured contemporary sculpture Bella from The Sweet Sisters series, designed for urban and architectural settings.
"Bella Sweet"

Bella is composed, structured, and unmistakably urban.

She carries a quiet, deliberate confidence. that is measured, restrained, and unwavering. She commands attention without excess.

On site, Bella establishes a clear point of structure and orientation, bringing definition and coherence to civic plazas, corporate settings, and dense urban environments where clarity, strength, and identity are essential.

"Coco Sweet"

Coco is the most widely traveled and sophisticated of the Sweet Sisters.

She knows she has class. Confident and unapologetically stylized, she carries a bold, fashion-forward energy that commands attention without excess.

She reflects a strong sense of culture, identity, and awareness, expressed through style and presence.

At scale, Coco functions as a refined visual anchor, shaping the character of a space through presence alone in luxury developments, cultural districts, and architecturally driven environments where experience defines the project.

"Lily Sweet"

Balanced and centered, Lily embodies stability, clarity, and quiet strength. Her form is open and approachable, grounded in a calm, welcoming presence that holds steady with ease and intention.

She carries a natural sense of calm that feels welcoming, human, and enduring, offering a quiet confidence that doesn’t demand attention, but earns it.

Within the environment, Lily functions as a stabilizing element—offering a point of orientation and pause that counterbalances movement, density, and visual noise, while reinforcing a sense of place through quiet, deliberate form.

Create a place people remember
